Check-in between challenge start time and end time

Only the check-in which are done between challenge start time and end time will get considered for the challenge progress and lead to FITT earnings post check-in. 

No refund requests

We understand that participating in a challenge requires commitment and effort. Once you've made the decision to join a particular challenge, we kindly ask for your understanding that refund requests cannot be considered. 

This policy has been put in place to prevent fraudulent refund claims from individuals who may not be able to complete the challenge after joining.

Cheating behaviour will lead to penalties

 Anti Cheat systems are in place to detect cheating behaviours like fake pictures and others. If someone is flagged by the anti cheat system, they shall be informed and disqualified from all challenges they've participated in.

Repeat offenses may lead to permanent ban from participation in FITT challenges.
