Start and end activity during challenge progress

It's essential to ensure that your activity session begins after the challenge has started and ends before it concludes in your timezone.

Only those activities which start after challenge start time and end before challenge end time will get considered in challenge progress and lead to FITT earnings post activity.

Sync your activity before challenge ends

Sometimes low internet conditions might make it difficult to sync your activity immediately. If you do choose to end and sync your activity later, it's crucial to sync before the challenge ends to ensure you receive the FITT rewards you rightfully earned.

No refund requests

We understand that participating in a challenge requires commitment and effort. Once you've made the decision to join a particular challenge, we kindly ask for your understanding that refund requests cannot be considered.

This policy has been put in place to prevent fraudulent refund claims from individuals who may not be able to complete the challenge after joining.

We value your dedication and want to ensure a fair and rewarding experience for all participants. Should you have any concerns or require assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team.

Cheating behaviour will lead to penalties

Anti Cheat systems are in place to detect cheating behaviour like covering distance on bike, scooter, cycle, car etc.
If someone is flagged by the anti cheat system, they shall be informed and disqualified from all challenges they've participated in.

Repeat offenses may lead to permanent ban from participation in FITT challenges.
